CEO and Founder of CNB

Rick Scheel is a graduate of Redemption Seminary and holds a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies.

Rick serves on the board of directors at Forgiven Ministry. He and his wife Dede lead the Texas Forgiven Ministry team which is a prison ministry that takes children into the prisons to meet their incarcerated mother or father.

Rick and Dede worship at Cibolo Creek Community Church where Rick serves in the men’s and Overflow student ministries.

Rick lives in Comfort Texas with his wife Dede and youngest son Blake. He is the proud father of six children and eight grandchildren. Rick is also an avid outdoor sportsman.

Angela Williams is a Pastor, Minister, Teacher and Mother to many. After coming to San Antonio in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, she has continued to follow the prompting of the Holy Spirit which led her to open Abba Father’s Christian Store and Co-Pastor Revived Community Church.

Shawn Lovorn received a B.S. in Biochemistry from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. Following his undergrad degree, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005 and started the Lovorn Law Firm, PLLC. As a litigator, he handles all types of criminal defense matters and family law.

Outside of his work at the firm, Mr. Lovorn serves as the Board President for Communicare Health Centers. His dedication to both business and community was recognized in 2024 when he was named the Businessman of the Year by the Boerne Chamber of Commerce
